I am in complete agreement with everyone who has said that your workouts have changed their lives. After having 2 children and not recognizing my body anymore, I have fallen back in love with working out and have rediscovered the strength and flexibility that my body has. For the past 2 month after discovering your channel I have worked out almost every single day. Your videos give my mind and body a sense of peace and accomplishment that I have been craving for a long time. Your workouts are creative and challenging yet soothing at the same time. Your instructions are clear and your movements are graceful and intentional. After your workouts, I never feel as if I have sprinted several miles, but the good ache in my body tells me that I have definitely pushed it further than the last workout, which is always my goal. I get so happy when you post a new video because I know I am in for wonderful experience that carries me through the day. Thank you so much Nicole!!!!

Nicole your workouts have changed my life! I have never been able to stick with a fitness regime in the past. I go to bed now excited to do pilates in the morning. We've had very strict lockdown restrictions in Ireland for over a year now, shops only opened back up last week 💔 but doing your workouts at home while working and trying to finish my Master's degree has given me an outlet and a source of inspiration that I never thought I'd have 💫 thank you for your hard work and dedication, sending love 🇮🇪❤️

I honestly am in awe of how you manage to make such challenging workouts feel somehow relaxing at the same time? I occasionally take a break from Pilates when I get overwhelmed with my training but each time I come back and wonder why I ever cut it out, I love how it facilitates my other forms of training. I really love this one! I found your channel about six to eight months ago. At the time I was doing a lot of weight workouts and instead of feeling great, I was sore and tired. I decided that I needed to shift to workouts that would keep me in shape without breaking down my body. Your workouts are perfect! I am strong and fit but my joints are protected and I feel great. I love this workout. I think Barre and Pilates classes are my favorite combo. I also appreciate how you always include an arm workout in all of your classes and how you always warm us up and stretch us out at the end. These are so great for the body and often overlooked in other teacher's classes. I am so grateful for the playlists as well! Thank you for making every day better!

That looks so good will try this one tomorrow. Still a tiny bit sore after the cardio one a few days ago. I started working out with you a year ago. I never managed to remain consistant in the past but with you I absolutely am. So happy to see your channel grow.
