Or, if you want to get creative, you could fill up two bottles of water or any other household items to act as weights.

I have been consistently doing these workouts for 3 months now but this one was so hard it made me feel like a total beginner! LOL I had to stop the video and cry a couple times 😂I really struggle with the Barre classes, they are so challenging. Thank you for sharing this, I hope to improve and get better with time 🥰 I'm glad you offer all different types of classes for all different levels. You are such a blessing Nicole! (even if you do make me cry 🤣)

Surprisingly this has been my favorite workout. (I haven’t done any of your barre videos) but I started my Pilates journey about 50 days ago. Completing one of your videos every, single, day. I’m so happy I found these workouts because I knew I couldn’t commit to going to the gym every single day. But This is something fun to do from my home. I appreciate your content. A new video always feels like a Christmas surprise.

This might just be my favourite exercise video ever! I have never worked my abs while working my arms with small weights. That felt amazing! My whole body is charged up now and I’m set for an amazing day. Thank you!!

Post workout injuries can put you off the wagon. Nicole’s is the only channel that has beautifully sequenced postures that completely avoid any of that. I cannot imagine not working out with Nicole.

Excellent class today! Whew! Getting stronger and stronger doing your workouts now for 7 months. My sense of balance is much better, my dance has improved significantly, and I can finally see some definition in my abs which is just a bonus. Your workouts are amazing and my 70 year mama is starting to do your beginner workouts and loves them too. Thank you so much Nicole!
