Excellent 30 minute workout. It was perfect and very professionally done. I also like the tone of Nicole's soft voice, and the faint sound of background music. All in all a very enjoyable experience. I look forward to doing more of Nicole's workouts.

Ok, I've been avoiding the barre workouts on purpose for the past 3 months. After getting better with your pilates classes, today I finally decided to give it a try and I'm not sure if I loved or hated it lol...I feel a little clumsy but I'll add it to my weekly routine.
Your exercises are literally keeping me sane during this never-ending lockdown, sigh!

Omg Nicole this is really my favorite love this combo please need more of mix combo Pilates....it was a little bet challenging but it’s fun to try new things...I sweat a lot and I felt my stretch more in my hamstring since I have hamstring stiffness for so long as I am a runner....thank you so much for such amazing session...so much love 💕

I have been following your channel since my gyms closed back in March and i will say since i have been following you, i have seen such a improvement to my body and how i feel. I watch and follow two of your videos a day during my workout and i look forward to them. My core and legs are toned and i have not been in this great of shape since i was boxing.
