Hi Nicole, I am 60 years old dance-movement teacher, I have nerve damage in my one side leg after a car accident, I have held myself back from ballet training for 12 years. At the present I feel I need to give work to my muscles and whole body and this workout is just great for me. Of course I am not able to do so many repetitions at first time, but I feel happy and my body is happy doing this. Thank You!

I've been strength training for over 4 years, my legs are literal power units . And this simple 30 min workout humbled me SO MUCH. That leanback squat pose?? What the hell! I have gained immense respect for dancers !

I really appreciate how clean and concise your cues are, and how precise your technique is. I'm a retired professional dancer/fitness instructor and can't stand some of the sloppy stuff on you tube. you are the real deal!

For the most part of me exercising I was always looking forward to the results. I was struggling to get through a 30-40 min set just to feel the burn after. I never thought I would be looking forward to the actual workout ! It feels so good ! Thank you so much Nicole!

As a performative artist, during the pandemic, I started searching for ways to keep moving and kept searching for workout videos that just felt right. But most of the instructors offered harsher workouts (which most people enjoy and I've full respect for.) As an artist who does not like to workout, I find endless length, strength, grace, and expansion in your workouts. My shape has never been better. Cannot thank you enough. It was intense, not gonna lie. My glutes were on fire, but I was still able to do all of the exercises. The perfect pace, constant coaching, and nice background music bring this workout to another level. Love your channel, keep going, and thanks for your hard work :)

Wow that workout had it all...great pace, amazing exercises and a perfect amount of challenges. At the waterski position, especially when the pulses came around, my legs were shaking like crazy. But I kept repeating to myself "Nicole says, it's a good thing". Thank you as always!
