The time flew by!!!! No equipment, no repeat, no getting up and down off the floor. I am a dental hygienist and cannot tolerate a lot of pressure on my hands and wrists so a full standing workout is PLEASE DO MORE STANDING PILATES🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

This workout went so quick. I found it challenging. Like that this can be done in very little space no equipment & no jumping. If trying to be quiet this is ideal. Great workout to have if traveling. Thank you this is one to come back to!

For anybody wondering if pilates works. Yes, it totally does. I once decided to try it for a month and it improved my health. I felt more energetic and my stomach was flat. I was doing it twice a week (1h/day). But of course, you have to eat healty and if you like to take long walks, I highly recommend it. I really miss doing it and I'm happy I found this kind of videos! Thank you 💚

Thank you Nicole. I always enjoy your classes. What a burn. My teenage son sees me doing your workouts and thinks that they aren’t a workout ( bc I’m not lifting lots of weights. I have challenged him to do them with me but no luck yet. I might challenge him to do this one and see if he feels the burn!) I’m nor sure what hurts more - my glutes or my shoulders. I’ll find out tomorrow. You are a very giving person. Thank you.
