I have been doing Barre off and on and this was a very athletic Barre workout. Loved it’s speed and felt like 10 minutes only passed. Make more. ♥️

I just discovered your workouts and am so happy I did. I have struggled to find the types of workouts I like in the time frames I can do. Maybe it’s because you have kids too, but I do not have time for 45-60 minute workouts. 30 minutes is all I have time for. I love doing strength training and barre-Pilates at home, and I am so excited to explore all the workouts you have available. Thank you!

Hi! I didn't plan to do this workout today. But you popped into my YouTube feed (if that's what it's called) and I listened for a bit. I thought I'd give it a try. I kept up the best I could. The time sped past. It was challenging and fun. Glad I stopped by.

Absolutely loved this! The little elevated side rainbows were REALLY difficult for me and gave me an area to improve on, even as someone who works out on a regular basis. You're always challenging me and I love it! The weights being incorporated are really appreciated.

LOVING these workouts!! I really appreciate the mix of strength with weights and then toning through the barre classes! You're encouraging me to push to my max and I definitely wouldn't be able to do it by myself! Just really appreciate y'all!

You are so good at explaining workouts, Lindsey. With other workouts that are fast-paced your voice is strong and loud to fit the workout and in this workout your voice is calming and gentle. I just noticed that and it's very interesting

I haven’t done a Pilates workout in so long, we’re talking pre covid, opting for sole strength or hiit only. This was a nice change up and really challenged my balance. I really loved the set up as well, such a nice flow. Thanks Lindsey and Rachel!
