Hope you enjoy this new 40 Minute Full Body Pilates Workout featuring a light set of hand weights (1kg - 2kg) and a mini resistance band. Don't worry if you don't have any of the equipment as you can still enjoy the class without it! You could also get creative and use household objects like bottles of water (or wine :P) or cans of vegetables to act as weights. Get ready to sweat and most importantly, have fun! 😊

Finally created a class for you featuring weights! Many of you requested it so I hope you enjoy it! I recommend using 1kg or 2kg weights (I'm using 1kg). Don't worry if you don't have any of the equipment, you can still enjoy the workout without it. Sending you lots of love. 💜

Nicole, I´m really so thankful for your pilates sessions!! they help me to get in touch with my mind and my body. since i´m 11 years old, i have to deal with depression and your pilates workouts help me to find some inner peace (even if it´s just for 1 hour, less or more, it´s such a relief!!). lot´s of love!!!

Why pay x amount of money on a gym membership when you have the best Pilates instructor here on YouTube ❤️. Doing Nicole’s 40 min workouts 3x a week and eating clean everyday and I’m good I can see definition in my abs, arms, legs and butt. You have changed my mindset about fitness. I now see it as a way of feeling good rather than just working out to get a guys attention. I wake up excited now to do your workouts as before where I saw the gym as a chore.
