Nicole, since I started doing pilates with you, I find peace in my day to day life. I suffer from depression and anxiety but the moment I press play I forget everything. been weightlifting and doing cardio for the last 5 months and decided to give this a go, and was very much humbled by all the muscles i’ve been missing out on and not enough joint flexibility 😭 need to do pilates more often

Dear Nicole, thank you very much! After back surgery (scoliosis) I had constant pain, my posture and mobility were terrible! I started following you because due to the lockdown I couldn't go to physiotherapy and I had to do something to reduce the pain. I have been doing your routines regularly for 6 months, the pain has decreased noticeably, I feel much better and even the bar support of my back is no longer visible! About two month ago I came across your chanel on youtube and that moment began appearing my love to the sport. I like your new and old videos so much and your training style is so relaxing but also exercises are really heavy and great for muscles.
