I appreciate how encouraging you are. I am not a fit or “workout” type person, and when I feel the burn or the shake or the muscle weakness I start feeling discouraged and frail and hopeless. It’s a real challenge to shift my thinking and I was actually surprised when you said you felt it too! Thank you for this wonderful workout. I look like a dog taking a pee on a fire hydrant with the side leg lift. But in my heart, I’m a ballerina. LOLs. Cheers from Halifax, Canada.

This workout was literally perfect.... one thing I loved about it was the pace; I feel as though many fitness instructors go at too quick of a quick pace. They probably feel like going to fast will get you a better workout, but you can’t even hit the poses and it just feels rushed! Yours was wonderful with the much needed resistance. I compliment you on this perfectly paced, thorough, yet challenging workout 💛💛💛

I was at a very low ebb/fatigued this week but decided what I needed was to sweat out all the stress.
Despite struggling, I managed to get through this one with water breaks, deep breathing and gentler modifications.
I did it at 0.9x speed which worked for me. I'm so glad I gave it a shot - because I still finished it in my own way 😊

I really liked the varied cardio bursts and the curtseys. The bursts made the workout feel very different to pilates I'm used to.

I will definitely come back to this one in the morning, when I have a bit more energy and am not so stressed from work. Otherwise, I found it a good workout/energising including breaking a sweat 😅.

This was an excellent 30 minute session, which I found challenging, but so glad to have done it. I love Nicole's workouts, they are just perfect for me. I am 56 years old and have a sciatic nerve issue, but these workouts help me a lot. Thank you Nicole.

This is exactly what I needed. Super chilled out vibes, no annoying high pitch young girl voice, super sweet as you provided reassurance that it would feel hard at times and the way you say “this is your workout, it can be whatever you want it to be” was the exact reverse psychology I needed. Subscribed, liked and have already added more of your videos to a playlist.

I’m so grateful to have found you! I’ve officially found my daily lunch break workout partner! This workout was challenging enough that I was able to break a serious sweat, paced in a way where I could actually follow along for every rep, and it required me to be very present so I was able to actually check out from my work duties while on my lunch! I recommend this for anyone but DEFINITELY for my work from home babes! 100% THANK YOU!
