Are your thoughts like hectic birds celebrating a party? Are some worries throwing a big shadow on your positive mind? Or do you just want to get into a relaxed Zen Mode? In any of those cases.. this video is for youuuuu :)

I have been waiting for Pam to post this stretch in weeks and I think we've all been needing a slow and easy stretch, as intense, dynamic stretches can be a little demotivating (if you are In the mood to have an actual rest day)

I have been stressed out for 2 days because of personal issues, and I even could not sleep properly due to the nightmares and high heart rate. However, I feel like I touch the heaven now. Thank you ! You are always with me on my happy days and stressful days. You always pull me from them with your videos. 🥺😢 Thank you a million !
