I found this video accidentally after a yoga for anxiety practice. I was feeling extremely anxious but I decided to try it and move my body a bit. It really calmed me and help me realise maybe there is nothing wrong with my body. Thank you very much for this! ❤ I will try other videos from your channel as well :)

I came across your channel 9/3/22. I’ve been dealing with Fibromyalgia since 2009. Along with Dr. Berg’s IF/Keto, I am feeling better than I have in such a long time. Since I started your videos, I think I have missed a max of 10 days. I was in a rear ended car accident and then a fall. Your videos are amazing. I have learned so much!
