My cat of 14 year died two days ago and I've only had sad tears at the thought of her bring gone. During this sequence I was able to smile at her memory and the beautiful friendship we shared. Thank you

This was a great bedtime stretch! I was able to do it in bed and just subbed puppy pose for downward dog. I like how the music faded out I didn’t even realize the video ended and ended up staying in shavasana for several minutes longer. 😴 goodnight!
