Just watch how your body calms down & lets go of physical and mental tension ♥︎ For mind, body & soul. We start with a Full Body Yoga Stretch & end with 3min of Deep Breathing / Werbung
Even if you are not used to sitting still and „just“ breathe for 3min - try to let it happen!
You will go through phases like „this is boring“, „should I just skip it“, „my back hurts“ or even „this is a waste of my time“ - but trust me, it isn’t. It takes a moment to get used to it. But deep breathing is such a helpful tool to let go of stress and give your body a sign that it’s time to think and exist in a relaxed way! Plus, it reminds us to breathe deeply and use the entire capacity of our lungs. More oxygen, better focus, better health!
This video is perfect to do:
▸ IN THE MORNING. Take those minutes to connect with yourself before you jump into a stressful schedule. Even if your workout is later that day, you can do this video on its own.
▸ BEFORE BED. Say bye-bye to any tension from sitting or standing all day. Plus, the deep breathing will let go of stress-related mental tension as well.
▸ AFTER A WORKOUT. End your session in a calm way & help your body slow down from the big adrenaline and endorphin rush.
