Even if you are not used to sitting still and „just“ breathe for 3min - try to let it happen!
You will go through phases like „this is boring“, „should I just skip it“, „my back hurts“ or even „this is a waste of my time“ - but trust me, it isn’t. It takes a moment to get used to it. But deep breathing is such a helpful tool to let go of stress and give your body a sign that it’s time to think and exist in a relaxed way! Plus, it reminds us to breathe deeply and use the entire capacity of our lungs. More oxygen, better focus, better health!

This video is perfect to do:
▸ IN THE MORNING. Take those minutes to connect with yourself before you jump into a stressful schedule. Even if your workout is later that day, you can do this video on its own.
▸ BEFORE BED. Say bye-bye to any tension from sitting or standing all day. Plus, the deep breathing will let go of stress-related mental tension as well.
▸ AFTER A WORKOUT. End your session in a calm way & help your body slow down from the big adrenaline and endorphin rush.

This is really an anti-stress strecth - I just feel calmer by watching it. Pam's outfit matching to the nuances of the water is just incredible and the music is so touching 🥺💙💙

Anfangs konnte ich mich null auf die 3 Minuten atmen und entspannen konzentrieren und mittlerweile ist es einfach nur sooo unglaublich schön!! Das hilft so so so sehr all den Stress zu vergessen! 🥺♥️

This is really powerfull, it's the 3rd time I cry while doing the last 3min of it. The combination of the stretch, with the background and the music makes it really relaxing and at the end, it's like everything pours out of me!
