Felt like stretching this morning so I did 3 of your stretching videos resulting in an 30 mins stretch!! My hips and lower back are so tight! Plssss do more! Btw, I love your attitude and your passion towards mommies. Although I’m young, I love hearing your little pregnancy advice...I learn so much! Today I have lower back pain and my knees also hurt, so I will start my routine with this Active Recovery Yoga, and I will look in your videos for a Pilates or yoga routine that helps me work all the muscles of the body to protect the bones, I also want do some low-impact, high-intensity cardio, but no jumping jacks, no burpees, no lunges. Thank you for providing us with modifications in some exercises that many of us cannot do in all your routines. God bless you.

I am 3 months postpartum and a friend shared your 30 day postpartum workout calendar with me which begins with this and beginner abs. I’ve just begun it but excited to finish. Thank you so much for providing it free!! Doing this just a few times with kegels has already eased some intense pelvic girdle pain I had due to a weak core. Cannot thank you enough!!!

Thank you for this, It's helps me a lot on my recovery days, yesterday I dit kettlebell hiit exercises and my muscle was so tight and hurt, but this helped me loosen up and recover thank you. I will be adding this workout in my recovery days
