Great recovery session I loved it! Stretching but more so breath work is something I’ve been learning more about and working on recently so I’m glad I got to work on it in here

Very good. I’ve been having tight hips from soccer, and I really notice it with the Warrior poses.

I think the ads need to be removed. Most yoga videos I’ve watched don’t have ads.

This was SO FAST!!! It was a little too fast and I would not say that this practice was good for a beginner. So be warned that this is for intermediate yogis only
