Every day my body is tormented by raging post surgical neuropathic pain.
Today is a little different. Today is a little better.
Rising after my first yoga nidra experience, a single tear rolled down my cheek. A tear of relief.
This will be a daily practise for me from here on in.

This really helps my underlying condition of m.e/cfs.

Thankyou Ally so much for all your videos. I started doing your yoga nidra meditations as I was suffering from so much trauma. My body wasn't functioning properly. My nervous system was so hypersensitive I would spend weeks house bound. I used your meditations when I was a my worst I could barely stand up. Along with other nervous system retraining I'm so happy and much healthier now. I'm still on my healing journey and will continue to use your meditations daily. Ally, This is is my second time doing one of your exercises and it was just as if not more healing and transformative than the first (yesterday). I teach high school, and it's a monday, and it's finals week, and my student population deals with intense trauma and that comes out in their words and actions every day. I love my job and my students, but having something like this to help me reset and return to the source of power and comfort is such a blessing and a gift. Hi Ally, Angela here on module one. Had a huge fight with my husband last night and was emotionally drained and stressed. Hello Ally. I love your yoga nidra . I choose this particular NSDR video recently for relaxing into sleep and first thing in the morning as I want to soothe and calm my nervous system. I appreciate that it is a cumulative practice and I’m using it to help my mind body and emotions heal from anxiety over health and relationship issues. I’ve listened to many of your videos over the past few years, and this one is the perfect length with the gentle sound of waves so calming, and I like the tensing of the whole body at the beginning, and the words you say about all of us contributing to healing the world by healing ourselves ( paraphrasing here!).
