While doing this, a memory popped up, like I was there again.

I was sixteen, sitting in a café, eating a slice of my favorite cake, bought with the small allowance I had. Knowing what I know now at 30, my heart filled with so much admiration and gratefulness towards this version of myself. She was living in an incredibly abusive and heartbreaking situation, filled to the brim with internalized shame and guilt (projections from her abusers), but little acts of self love like this kept me alive to get to where I am now -- in my own home full of peace and safety, loved by my soon-to-be husband, the gentlest and most giving person I know.

Thank you, past me, for following your heart, despite all your doubts and fears. I love you more than words can say.

I feel more drawn to the shorter yoga nidras at the moment as life is very busy and I have a hard time focusing on a practice for a full hour. This brings me back to your channel regularly, Ally. Just love your offerings here!💗

Thank you Ally for following your heart and increasing peace on the planet. I feel so very blessed to have found you. Not only do I feel the calming effect, but the body scan has made me very in touch internally with my system. My greatest desire is to grow in Stillness. Even while taking a walk, I will scan my body and feel the aliveness and warm tingle. I am about to turn 80 years old and I am falling in love with the Mystery. I do touch trees and boulders and it is like an energy exchange. I especially love this particular Yoga Nidra in that it speaks of all the cells in the body joining with the cells of the trees all around the world...this is especially beautiful. I am doing trauma therapy and integrating a lot of unprocessed emotions. It is fascinating to feel and observe the expression of these stuck emotions. Thank you for supporting my healing journey. Sometimes I feel like I am growing younger. Much love and appreciation for you and your community which are contributing.to a more peaceful planet.

Oh wow, this experience was so amazing for me. I really appreciated every step of this nidra, the music and that you started with the feet during the body scan. The length was perfect for me. I would love to have a nidra exactly like this without a recommended sankalpa, after I found my primary sankalpa I get so distracted when there is another sankalpa recommended during the nidra 😅 loved this, thank you. Namaste Ally. Done one of your yoga Nedra’s nearly every day since January. The changes are subtle but I’m noticing that I’m more comfortable being myself and have no more social anxiety doing so. I’m thrilled to be taking this training, I’m in module 1 and I’m awed by the information I’ve learned so far. Looking forward to being able to share this level of relaxation with others.
