This 32 Minute Gratitude Yoga Nidra meditation has relaxing music at the frequency of 432 Hz. This non sleep deep rest is guided by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga. Ally, this is my cancersary today. One year ago 5/27/21. I was diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin Lymphoma. I so grateful to you helping me get through this very difficult long-suffering journey. I've practiced daily since I found your channel. I'm in perimenipause and also just spent a year dealing with chronic pain and a hysterectomy. Your practices have given me so much peace and rest and recovery when sleep was difficult. Taking the time to rest and breath and relax was a major part of my pain management. Knowing I could spend 25 min and get hours of freedom from the pain was life changing mentality and physically. I've never been able to meditate regularly until I heard of and tried Yoga Nidra but now I get pleasure and dopamine from it that helps me transition out of work into family and into sleep and out of sleep too start the day. I am grateful for the person I learned about Nidra from, for you for your great content, and myself for looking for and following through on solutions. I share your channel all the time!
