Dear Ally. I've commented before, but have to again. There are many different yogis offering online Yoga Nidra meditations. I've occasionally checked others out, just to see what's "out there". Each time I come to the same conclusion ... there's no one who comes even close to your serene, calm, natural, thoughtful, meditative guidance. I don't miss a day, sometimes I tune in twice (same goes for my partner). Thank you so much.

During the countdown, I felt a wave of sadness through my chest that was flowing up and down with my breath. It was uncomfortable to feel. My first thought was that it sucked as I had recent stressors and the feeling of sadness would be overwhelming, but immediately upon catching myself, I said I accept you sadness and I love you because that is what I would want for myself. It was puzzling at first to say that I loved the sadness, especially since up to a few years ago I had dealt with depression and much preferred not being under its grip, but I treated sadness today as a person that was worthy of love and acceptance. I embraced it internally as I would hold someone dear to me, as I would hold myself, and as a part of myself. The sadness wasn't expecting that, and it dissolved. Thank you, Ally!

Ally I will be 65 in July I have been practicing yoga nidra with you everyday sometimes twice a day for over a year. I have only missed one session. I love the sound of your voice and practice. Than you so much. Love and peace
