When I practice yoga nidra after lunch I notice I sleep better at night and have fewer insomnia episodes. Thank you for these meditations. They are healing my sleep.

I love this best of all your videos. The Intro prompts like relaxing with each breath, feeling my body get heavier, and noticing sounds all work so well for me. Probably listened to this a hundred times 😅
