Join me for a 10 minute STANDING ABS WORKOUT to sculpt through your core muscles WITHOUT crunches, sit-ups or planks. All you need is one dumbbell and a bit of space. Today I'll be using a 10LB weight. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So let's get sculpting!

I have a lot of issues my lower back so I really appreciate the standing ab exercises because a lot of times I had trouble with the ones on the floor so thank you so, so much for this!!! ❤

Only found this today! Absolutely loved it, more of these please. I'm 52 and have been eating better 80% of the time, doing your workouts about 6 days a week, cycling and hiking. I've been consistent for the last 8 weeks, lost 11lb, am building muscle and feeling the best I've felt in a long time...thank you so much, I couldn't do this without you ❤

I’m 78 years old. Your standing abs with dumbbells are perfect for me. I don’t expect to have a flat stomach anymore but your workouts definitely help to tighten up the loose skin around my mid section, especially the muffin top. I also feel stronger, even beat my grandson in arm wrestling….it was neck and neck for a while but I beat him. I don’t think he thought I’d be as strong. Yes, he’s 9 yr old but he’s a strong little fellow.

That kicked my butt more than I thought it would. Hard but not impossible - I guess that's the sweet spot. I appreciate your straightforward style - no excessive hype and constant chatter. That lets me focus on your instruction and my breathing & form.

Best knee friendly workout I've came across! And I like the fact after each move is a 15 second break that makes the exercises more doable. And let's not leave out the past of how fats this workout was over. This will be my to to workout for a while
