I love standing ab workouts, as I really don't like working on the floor on the mat, so thanks for creating this. It was a great workout - I felt it everywhere and was surprised at how challenging 10 minutes can feel. BTW I also liked the pic-in-pic previews - very helpful. AND the stretching at the end felt great, and was definitely needed by yours truly. Superb design, as usual. Thanks, Jules.

Love this! An additional element of the standing workouts is Improved balance! The leg & knee lifts help you focus not only on your abs but maintaining that all important balance using a multitude of leg muscles including glutes. Great workout!! ❤️

Lots to love about this one. The brevity allows focus on flexing abs (less time for mind to wander). The side knee lifts break up the traditional standing crunch. Twisting side-to-side allowed abs to be felt without testing balance. Thank you for visibly exhaling during the exertion: good reminder. This one's ten minutes that will be added to my Saved Favs and certainly Shared.
