Focus on using your breath and exhale as you draw your belly button in each time you lift your knee/leg. No equipment needed in this bodyweight ab workout so just follow along!

What I like most about this ab routine is that the exercises are done standing up, when I used to do crunches, I always felt like I was doing my spine a disservice. But, these movements take care of that.
