Time for a new Standing Abs Workout! This quick 10 minute ab workout targets the core with a series of standing ab exercises. These moves will not only set those abs on fire but they will also increase mobility , strengthen the hip flexors and challenge your balance! I'm using light hand-weights but these are totally optional. Complete one round or make it a longer sweat sesh and complete the entire series 2-3 times. Love this workout. I never want to work out longer then 15 minutes unless I’m playing pickle ball or riding bike. Keep up with these short workouts. It keeps me going the workout if I know I can complete it in 15 minutes.

As much as i enjoy a longer workout sometimes these mini ones are just what you need to either get moving or when you are short on time during your busy day. Love it!

Oh this was just what I needed!
I would love a workout just like this that focuses the lower back for strengthening. I injured my lumbar years ago, and have trouble keeping it strong with core alone. That would rock!
