I started doing this workout in 2019. I got lazy and quit when COVID hit and started gaining weight (again). On December 19th of 2022 I weighed 188 lbs (I'm 5'6" tall), and felt miserable. I started doing a dumbell workout (also from Critical Bench) and again started this abs routine. I also went on a one meal a day (OMAD) routine as well. I now do this routine 4 times in a row (40 minutes) five days a week and will not quit. Yesterday I weighed 149.4lbs, and, at 69 years old, for the first time in my life, I can SEE my abdominal muscles. I have taken all my dress clothes (pants and sport coats alike) back to the tailor so they fit again. Thank you, Coach Brian. I look forward to working out with you each day.

day 115 of my life change and I've lost 31 pounds. There has been a 6 pack ab sighting, that has been absent for about 15 years. Still doing this 5 days a week. Glad I found this. Oh, incidentally, my wife joined me and has also lost 31 pounds.

I love this I've been doing it for almost a year now and considering I'm 52 years old my abs look amazing!!! So thanks guys at critical bench for all of your videos!! I wish I would have known y'all were there when I lived in Florida. I lived just outside of Clearwater actually....oh well maybe on my next vacation I'll come and see y'all!! 🙏

Thank you for this workout. I am 58 and as of August 1 began ab focus on working out including improved dietary. Already a regular exerciser but just not losing weight so changing up program. This standing ab routine i like a lot. I get vertigo nausea symptoms doing on floor on my back routine have neck issues so needed this i get no ill effect from this routine. So have not yet got super weight loss but a couple pounds and already feel like stomach size going down. Will keep doing again thank you.

I just want to say thank you for this workout. I do a lot of floor work trying to get decent abs. I have been trying for so long to find a good standing ab routine. Yours is awesome I really enjoy it. I am doing it daily with my other routines and I know it will help. Especially with all the gyms that are closed I really love this video and other ones you have done. Thank you for helping me stay fit.

i have been to a lot of exercise videos but this is the only one I have completely finished and willing to do on a long period of time. my sweat doing this exercise is crazy!
