This workout is so quick but do not underestimate it! Over 10 minutes we will be doing 30 unique exercises to tighten and tone your midsection.

If you struggle with keeping your core tight and braced, think of someone punching you in the gut; how would you brace your core and tighten it up so it doesn't hurt so much. Maintain that tightened form while doing this workout, but also make sure that you are breathing throughout.

Keeping a tight core takes practice, but once you get it down, you can also practice throughout the day while doing you are going about your regular daily activities. This will help you work your core all day long.

If any of the moves are too quick or too challenging, just walk on the spot. Part of the fat burning process is just keeping your heart rate up for a prolonged period of time (over the 10 minutes that you are working out!

I started your workouts in June. My dad died suddenly in July and I lost all motivation. I’ve been back at it for 2 months now. It helps me mentally more than anything!

After months of trying to stay consistant then dropping my workout game completely . I have FINALLY just gone 14 days straight no excuses thanks to this vid ! I picked a favorite that was short and obtainable so I wouldn't make excuses !! I'll congratulate myself every week if i have to !!! No breaks, 15 min every day is my goal for now . I LOVE these work outs !!!

Update : Ive lost several inches, arm fat, back fat, toned from head to toe . I love my face again !!! I can only imagine what I'll look and feel like after 3 months .

just here to remind everyone that modifying exercises is TOTALLY OKAY! i modified a handful of the moves in this video and i am still SWEATING and short of breath. high intensity isn't a matter of what exercise you're doing, but how hard you're working! keep going!!! <3

You will probably never read this - but you are currently changing my life. I could never stick to a Workout Routine because i was getting bored of the same things over and over.. but your Workouts are incredible! I feel confident, i feel motivated and they are SO MUCH fun. I luv all ur workouts found you by accident and was workingout with a lady on YouTube my age.
I've lost literally all the weight I was trying to lose with her doing ur workouts . I lost 10 lbs down from 216lbs I'm almost back to my normal weight although I'm 55 & Fabulous I look like I'm 35-38 I'm always told.
I started your workouts due to having 4 C-sections myself and that bottom tummy is stubborn.
I'm always bragging to friends and fam about ur workouts!! 😅❤😂...

I love that workout after a mile walk! My throat always burns 5 mins in? Don’t know why but I love that burn in my abs! Waist size went from 45inches to 27inches! Waist size from 49inches to 30in! *IF YOU DON’T THINK GROWWITHJO DOESN’T WORK, YOUR NOT DOING SOMETHING RIGHT! I weighed 193.5lbs now I am 141lbs! Gals you got this don’t give up! Because of Jo and her workouts I have decided to take online courses this Fall for Physical Fitness! I never really new what my calling was, I love computers went to school for that, I love doing hair, took classes for that but didn’t stay. But this I feel in love with! I am studying every night on my own. Keep being consistent and work hard for your dreams! Love ya Jo

This workout was short enough for me to do in between getting my girls ready for school. I was not expecting to be this sweaty 🥵 after only 10 minutes. Great mini workout!

OK - so my dad who is super critical of everything, looked at me yesterday and said: OK - you are definitely losing the weight! Whilst I am still tottering with the heaviness on the scale, all my PANTS and TOPS are fitting looser by the week! 😁 I really want to actually lose the weight, but with consistency, I just need to be patient. It has been about 5 weeks since I have moving with Jo, but the changes are amazing!

I am also doing the chloe ting 3 weeks abs challenge (im on day 3, week 2) I started at 66.50 and am currently down to 65.95. I also walk fast for 1 hour every day. Ill update my progress here!

That was INTENSE! But I loved it! I struggled a little today because i am sore an low on energy, but i modified as needed and made it through. Can't wait to do this video again. This may be my new progress check video. Thank you JO! YOu really got me glowing today!
