This is a great video for beginners!

I have been doing the 10min lower ab video every day. (3 weeks so far) It is INTENSE and I love the challenge! You also get results FAST!

thank you for these! i don’t have a mat or anything, and i always found most ab exercises very uncomfortable (because i was having a hard time using just my abs, i would use things like my neck sometimes and i do NOT want a muscular neck haha) this is great! no uncomfortable joint pain from the hard ground either :) i’ve always wanted alternatives

Hi Emi! Thank you for these standing abs videos. They really help me stay committed!

I miss hearing your voice though, in between workouts, telling me to "keep pushing", "no pain no gain"😅. It felt weird not hearing you telling me to suck my belly in during this workout. In essence, you should keep talking in your videos, I love that.💓

Day 1:✅ Did it once.
Day 2:✅ Did it twice.
Day 3:✅ Did it twice.
Day 4:✅ Did this twice + another ab workout. Drank 3L of water as well.
Day 5:✅ Did it ONCE and drank 2L+ of water today. I’m a BIT less bloated.
Day 7: in an hr
