I wasnt recovering. I fell into anorexia, almost died and was halfly admitted 3 times. Please seek help and stop ALL fitness when recovering.. please

omg! I did this exercise without 100% believing it will work..tbh. But after a few weeks im starting to see the result. My waist have never been this small. Thank you soooo much emi♥ I am your huge fan
EDIT(5/11/20) Okay this comment has been getting a bit of questions lately..probably coz of quarantine. So here's my answers
> Yes during this time, I was on a diet... I cut out most of sugars and did intermitten fasting

Good luck guys....it differs in every person because of factors like diets and body type. BUt if you are determined enough, you will get there...believe me...I am that type of person who has trouble loosing fats around the waist area.

Start weight: 75kg

Day 1: I did this yesterday with another one of her exercises and i felt tired afterward but this was great.

Day 2: When i woke up my side was hurting and so were my legs. I tried to do only this again today and my legs weren’t having it. I ended up doing it up to the toe touch and gave up afterwards. Hopefully my body gets used to this and i can do it fully tomorrow.

Day 3: I managed to do the full exercise without any problem. I woke up today feeling fine so that’s great. I haven’t noticed any changes yet but it’s early days! i’m gonna start eating more healthy so i can get faster results so diet time!

Day 4: I did it very earlier than usually. I felt my heart racing and i felt so pumped up. It’s getting easier to do. When i stretch at the end i’ve noticed i don’t wake up with pain anymore but i do feel the burn in my legs and lower stomach afterwards but it goes away after a few minutes/hours. After the 7 days are up i’m gonna try a different one of her exercises.

I decided to do her fat burning workout instead, as this one doesn’t seem to be doing much and the other one has seems to have more of a burn so yeah! i guess this exercise is good for people who are already slim but want to define their waist.

for some reason i felt the burn a lot more in my legs for the first half of the workout than my abs so I thought I was doing something very wrong (which, granted, I probably was anyway since i did this for the first time without a mirror in front of me) but the moment I finished those high knees the burn suddenly came in lol. love this!

I don’t think I have ever posted a comment but this video honestly deserves so much credit! I go to the gym 3-5 times a week and doing this before any workout (and of course eating well) has given me results in a week! I find it hard to stay motivated with such videos and this is the first one which I absolutely don’t mind doing. Love from London!

THANK YOU EMI!! I've been doing this exercise 6 days a week for a month and I was able to fit into some old shorts i love and I thought i was going to have to throw out! It's super hard for me to do abs work on the floor, my back hurts too much, doing this is the perfect alternative! No abs to speak of yet but the shorts don't lie, I'll keep going till I get them!

So since it's been a week, here's my review

Day 1- i did this 2 times, first in the morning and in the night. (I'm kinda use of this things so..) (i kinda eat a lot so i did two) ofc there's no difference yet but i felt so good
Day 2- i feel normal since I'm use to exercising but there's no changes yet (did twice of this again)
Day 3- idk if it's just my imagination but i felt like my waist is kinda smaller than before (i did 3 sets of this this day )
Day 4- i already have a flat stomach! I didn't really ate dinner the night before day 4 and skipped breakfast too
Day 5- (i just did one of this bcs there's visitors in the house) the results is same as day 4
Day 6- i have lines and all but that's just it (did twice)
Day 7- i did 1 and rest for the rest of the day

I'm so thankful and recommend for y'all to try this at home!! I'm still using this exercise and try to update if i have achieved my dream body goal!
