ive been doing this every morning for 2 weeks. Also cut out sugary drinks and unhealthy snacks. I'm losing weight and feel so much better in general. Keep it up guys!

Your exercises really work! I’ve lost 20 pounds since I’ve started (around 2 months now). Slowly but surely I’ll achieve my goal of 190 pounds! (Currently at 227)

I’ve done this for only a week and my stomach got way flatter and it really helped me gain much more confidence wearing summer clothes now THANK YOUUU 😘😊 btw I lost 1.5 kgs

Really feeling happy as I have lost 2.4 inches of fat in cm that's 6.06 cm ❤️

(I commented this the day after I started)
day 1: no changes, my stomach aches a lil, im sweating like crazy
Day 2: Its a bit easier to do, still sweating
Day 3: A little easier than yesterday to do. Not sweating as much
Day 4: I almost forgot to do it. It feels easier to do than yesterday and yes, still sweating. I can see a Light difference
Day 5: I don't sweat that much anymore, it is A LOT easier to do than the first day.
day 6: oh wow almost a week? anyways. It is not that hard to do but i still feel the burning. sweat? check.
Day 7: already a week and I feel proud. Same as day 6 btw.
day 8: taking a break. I have cramps that hurt like hell and I can't move.
Day 9: I wont be updating everyday since I tend to forget. I’ll update again in March 20.
Day 18: I have made alot of progress :) my waist looks a lot thinner than it did before. My stomach is almost flat expect for the fat thats protecting my uterus. (I felt like updating yall <3”

if you ever losing motivation remember that you'll just keep comparing yourself to others and will keep feeling insecure. When you're exercising/working out think and imagine your body goals, this is not for others's health and growth, this is for you and one more thing that working out or exercising can reduce stress or mental health if you ever have:).
