I really appreciate these less-dancy workouts!!! They are much, much, much easier for someone like me (very overweight, very sedentary, very out-of-shape) to use to help ease my way back into movement and fitness. I feel like walking workouts are super underrated! I've got severe scoliosis and my knees are not in great shape either, so I'm always excited to find more low-impact workouts to do on a regular basis that build core strength but also keep my joints happy. Thanks for posting this, Rick!

I have just recently started watching your videos and find them very uplifting and enjoyable. I would love to see more standing ab workouts as I have bad knees and find it hard to get down on the ground. Keep up the good work and thank you for making exercising fun.

These 10 mins workouts are great for a break while WFH. Done this at my standing desk in my chilly office. Certainly not cold any more! Now back to work!
