IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.

Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

Упражнения настолько лёгкие что каждый сможет выполнить их. А главное, во время и после этих упражнений вы настолько сильно потеете, что прямо чувствуется что весь жир и негативная энергия вытекает вместе с потом! Поэтому, хочу сказать, продолжайте и я уверена вы добьётесь того чтобы у вас была шикарная фигура и тело! Любите себя и ради себя продолжайте! Воспринимайте как «подарок себе» эти workouts! It’s crazy how after finishing two of Chloe’s programs, this workout just felt like a warm up routine to me. That’s how stronger these workouts have made me over the span of two months. 😅
To all the girls have just started with these workouts, and can’t follow through all the exercises just be consistent and don’t give up I have had those days too and still have for some routines but your body will become stronger over time.

Just hang on and believe in yourself. You are stronger than you think girliest 💪🏻🫂

I'm in day 8 and I'm so happy with myself. This is the longest I have gone on any program without giving up or being "too busy" for my body. I can already feel differences in my body

Hello everyone. I am Mary and I am going to become a college student in more than a month, but just until recently, I decided to change myself. I will become a better version of myself, to be more beautiful and elegant. I am going to start my fitness journey now (I did some of the Chloe Ting workouts in the past and finished them but never could do them for a long time. Usually as the program ended, I didn't continue) and will consistently do so in the future. Do cheers on me

I will update my progress here in this month as I promise myself not to give up on doing this:

Day 1: I try it the hardcore way by doing multiple programs at once. It aches a little because I don't do the stretching afterwards, but I can definitely feel my fat burning

You are strong! You are totally capable to do this and if you need a break take it. Go step by step and don't let other people take you down. Remember that you are doing this for yourself, so take your time. You can do this, never give up ❤

I am 28 years old and on 8th day of stay fit and moving 2022 challenge..I m feeling more energetic as compared to day one..in one week I lost almost 2 kg from 92.45 to 90.60.apart from this I m feeling light now and active.i will complete my whole journey and keep moving to stay fit..thank u Chloe for giving us this wonderful exercises and especially the motivation u give to us..

I love that you have standing ab work outs! I get bad acid reflux whenever I do floor abs due to a health condition soI substitute these for all the other ab workouts in your program. It makes it so that I can complete the full program and feel good about myself. Thanks Chloe!

Hello Chloe! It's been 2 years since I have been doing your workouts which have helped me achieve a lot of body strength and stamina.
Chloe, I want to give a suggestion that using actual songs with lyrics rather than just some random music is much more helpful while doing the workouts. Since most of us do our workouts alone, a good song while working out keeps our mind engaged on the song, at times, helping us to go that extra mile of stress during a tough exercise. Please consider this as a genuine suggestion.
Also, thankyou for all the efforts that you put in! :)
