Feel the burn with this quick 10 minute STANDING ABS workout! Standing ab exercises are a great way to target the abdominal muscles, improve balance and coordination, increase hip strength & mobility and build an overall more functional core. We are using a dumbbell to add resistance and intensity today. Add this as a killer workout finisher or, if you are doing this workout on it's own, don't forget to spend time warming up and stretching!

This workout was perfect i needed it one of my arms was hurting these past few weeks so im being careful please do more one dumbbell workouts
