I'm about a month into doing this 4 times a week. I'm finding some good improvement in my ab definition, but even more improvement in my posture! That's a really great side bonus for me.

Set 1
0:46 - 3 leg crunches
1:47 - twist and straight leg touch
2:50 - high knees
3:52 - side and across (right leg)
4:54 - side and across (left leg)
Set 2
5:55 - 3 leg crunches
6:57 - twist and straight leg touch
7:59 - footwork
9:02 - side and across hold (right leg)
10:03 - side and across hold (left leg)
end!!

I started this exercise 5days ago, though my legs still hurt so much after the exercise but my tummy is now flat and my waist was 30.5 now 28.8. I can’t wait to see the result after 2weeks.

I love that her breaks actually lets us catch our breath. I feel like other workout breaks are too short

I like how they are easy to do (especially for someone who doesn't like to exercise) 😂 BUT I also love that you can hear her breathing is faster too. I see a lot of other workout videos where you don't hear them breathing and just hearing her, shows that no matter what size you are, you will be working your body 💕

These are the easiest set of abs exercises I've seen in a long time. I can do this entire workout at home. I don't have to lie on the floor even once throughout this entire routine. This is so amazing! 👍

82 active cal, 99 total 144 ave hr. Workout everyday. Didn’t feel the burn, but did feel like a bit more low impact cardio. Love your videos Maddie! Thank you!
