I HATE ab exercises and I found these standing ones to be PERFECT for me. I really dislike being on the ground because it feels like I’m not putting in work so these are awesome! Thanks for the video.

Tried a workout by Pamela that was supposed to be “neck/ back friendly” left and came to this video 3 exercises later, this workout is ACTUALLY neck and back friendly!

I've done this twice now! I'm adding it in to my weekly rotation of exercises. I'm a language arts teacher and since we're teaching remotely now, I've been much more consistent at doing my at home workouts! Thank you for making such good videos like this!

Yes I use a cane and I'm 57 was a athlete all my life so I had to modify but I felt great afterwards and i promise myself to do it at least 3x aweek thank you.

I love all your workouts!! And I love that you showed a side view, that really helps understand what my posture should look like during the workouts. that you asked...🤪
I think it would be a great idea to do a split screen one showing the front ( like you do now) and the other showing your side view at the beginning of each exercise. You do have a hearing impaired subscriber or two. Only a suggestion.

Thanks, had to tone it down slightly for my first attempt (59yr old, fat female 😅) but I’m definitely going to feel it tomorrow. Did your 5 min arms also. Hard but fun. Mairi-Louise 😊

Thank you so much for this video!!! I have had a spinal injury and have been cleared to work out! This has been the first video I have watched that works out your abs without laying down that I have been able to do!! I can't lay down to do leg lighting because it puts to much pressure on my back.So Thank you so much for this video!! I'm glad I found your channel!!
