Honestly you're sooo underrated!! Out of all the fitness Youtubers, your workouts are actually the only ones that are truly great for beginners like me, yet still give me the burn! I often feel intimidated or discouraged when I couldn't complete other 'popular' workout challenges, but I can almost always push myself to complete yours because they are just THAT awesome ❤

I’ve been doing this workout since it came out for about 4 days a week, 2 sets and I feel so much stronger 🙂 While the title says it’s an ab workout, I personally felt it’s a full body workout because my legs and arms are working as hard!

Love it! Standing ab workouts are great because they remind my body how to use its core in everyday scenarios, instead of just when I'm lying on my back.
