Tired of doing those boring crunches and sit ups on the floor? Tap in with us for a 10 Minute low impact HIIT workout focused on activating your abs and turning up the heart rate. Even though this was made to target the core, we're getting the arms and legs active through 10 different standing movements. Juice an Toya, I don't know what word to use to say thank you for these exercise videos. If I tell you that you have changed my life, maybe that can explain how grateful I am. I have type 2 diabetes, I almost started using injected insulin . But with your exercises, my life changed, my body has changed. Even my doctor was surprised at my change. I’m 61 and used to run marathons etc. Have not done any workouts other than walking for about a year now. This was totally doable and a good start for me. Thank you.

This was an excellent workout for someone, like myself, who hasn’t consistently worked out in a couple of years. It makes for a smoother landing back into the world of self care.

This is the best start of your day workout. I sweat, I felt the burn, and I had fun doing it! It’s not so long that you feel burned out at the end, but just enough to give you that “You’re doing it!’ energy for the day. Thank you both so much and keep on keepin’ on!

Just tried this for the first time on my first week in on my 170 lb weight loss journey and let me tell you. This was hard in an easy kind of way. I have not sweated this much from a 10 minute workout but I made it through to the end. Yay for getting off the office chair and working-out. Thanks for the confetti at the end. It made me celebrate a little. Haha.

I do this workout 3 times a week and even though I know I have a long way to go someone told me it looks like I'm starting to tone up in the stomach area 😊. I even have other ladies I workout with doing this workout because it's so manageable and you still get a good sweat and burn
