How to POP Your Hip Back in Place

In this video, Dr. Rowe shows some easy ways to pop your hip back in place for INSTANT RELIEF.

Included are two exercises that will fix a hip that is out of alignment. They’re really easy to do, don’t require any special equipment, and can be done in the comfort of your own home.

Why these exercises are so effective is due to helping reset the ‘ball and socket’ joint of the hip. It’s a type of joint in which a ball-shaped surface of one rounded bone fits into a cup-like depression of another bone.

This allows for a lot of movement in many directions, but also requires a strong support system of soft tissues like cartilage, muscles, and tendons.

That’s why a lot of hip pain comes from soft tissue injuries.

Here’s a key point: your hip range of motion depends on the proper movement of the ball and socket joint. If the soft tissue is strained, it can cause tightness and less range of motion.

Also, the smooth glide of the hips can be impacted, leading to a pop or crack sensation when you try to move it from a locked-up position.

So again, think of these exercises as resetting the hip joint, helping to release tension on the soft tissues supporting the hips, and re-positioning the ball onto the socket.

This should help you have more overall movement in the hips, less tightness and dull, achy pain, and less of those pop and crack sounds.

Your video has been THE ANSWER to most of my 15+ year old problems. I've spent TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS buying up all kinds of electronic gadgetry for remedies of hip and back pain. Nothing seemed to see to work. My hubby found your video 3 days ago and insisted I try it.

Omg I’ve had *knee* pain for years... no one could figure it out (saying ITB, weak glutes etc) slowly I started to think it may just be in relation to my hip as my hip popped a lot. I was having a bad few days with my knee and decided to try exercises for my hip just to see if it would help with almost no optimism as pretty much nothing has until now, came to this and IT HELPED MY KNEE PAIN almost immediately... I’m so happy I could cry. I’ve been dealing with this pain for almost 7 years, stopped cycling competitively, was in pain coming home from being a nurse every night. I’m going to continue to make this part of work out strengthening routine now. THANK YOU SO MUCH. You literally do not know how much this will change my life ❤️❤️❤️

Thank You!!!! My hip has hurt me all year, . Even though I visit my chiropractor regularly, it comes back out of alignment within a day. Last night, for the first time in 10 months, I laid down in bed with no pain. I’ve done the exercise 3 x’s since viewing video to realign it, and the relief I experience is beautiful. Thank you from the bottom of my ... spine. 😉

I am a believer! Both my wife and I have been having low back issues and we watched your videos on how to align the sacrum. The floor exercises are amazing and provided instant relief. I wish I could find a chiropractor like you where I live.

This is life changing. Years of lower back pain. Seen osteos and physios that give temporary relief. However these exercise have given me fantastic reprieve. Can not recommend enough. Thank you!

Thank you. This was a big help. I fell down a mountainside when I was younger and tore & dislocated pretty much everything from my left hip to my toes. Took a couple years to recover then mostly went away. It’s been a good 30 years and those same pains started popping up. Your pointers helped me get mobile within half a day. Appreciate it!

My left hip has always popped when I extended my leg. I would do some of the stretches that you had in another video and I would always ease the popping.
Recently, I lost my balance on hardened ice and braced myself on my left leg. The pain began and continued to worsen. It eventually traveled down to my knee and I would wake up every morning limping. I tried every hip mobility stretch I could think of. I tried inversion table, nothing....
You saved my hip from further escalated issues and saved me pain.
Thank you can't begin to express my gratitute. I wish you were local, I would be one of your dedicated patients. You know what you're doing, unlike many Kooks out there that....well, ...don't. 🙏🏼

WOW. The broomstick thing!!! I could feel the ball of my joint sliding back into place and when I was done, I could walk without pain again. I was diagnosed with hypermobility and a shallow labrum recently, which has been causing my hip to slip out of place and cause such a lot of pain… I just found this video and it solved my problem in five minutes! Just did the hip machine based on this video, and fixed a one month issue on my left hip in 2 sets. Much appreciated, pain is gone soreness soon as the inflammation is gone I’m sure. Thank you!

I have been having the worst sciatic pain for over three weeks. I thought i had a herniated disc pushing on my sciatic nerve until a guy at work told me it sounded more like my hips were out of alignment. I tried these seats stretches in my car while watching this video and had an instant pop followed by immediate relief!
