I’ve had perpetually tight hips this year and sciatic issues from running. Kind of reminds me of some of the dead bug movements my pt had me doing, but she didn’t add the lateral movement…I’m totally adding this to my regime!

Been struggling with one hip locking up for weeks when practicing Taekwondo and stretching for the splits, noticing negative improvement over the past few weeks. Tried this today as part of my stretching routine and I'm instantly back to where I was at before the decline!
