I've just been suffering with a locked hip for the past 2 hrs. Did ur sit down on chair and lean forward and after about 4 mins of doing it I've just got the biggest pop ever. I can walk again. But sore and tender from me throwing myself around before watching this video but I'll live lol. Thank you my friend for your video :) xxx love love xxxx

Dear Dr. Rowe, I have been able to nicely compliment my weekly physical therapy with the help you provide from a lot of your videos. I have ankylosing spondylitis so for me, movement and stretching is key to staying off pain meds. I just did this. (Chair method) I tried ever so slightly because I have been having hip/upper thigh pain and didnt want to hurt myself and didn’t think it worked- i got up to walk and felt the slightest pop. Instantly felt like it was better. Some pressure relief for sure!

Wow. This helped soooo much. Had a small, deeper pop near the base of my spine doing the same fist-knee exercise as you did, but when i stood up after the pigeon pose massive metallic crack from the socket!!! I wish i would’ve found this earlier. My hips have been impacting my sleep so bad

I did the first exercise with the stick but I wasn't quite sure if I was doing it right. I got off the floor to back up the video and watch the demonstration again.

Then it occurred to me that I had just walked across the room without limping and stood in front of my laptop pain free!!!

Dr. Rowe to the rescue once again!

as a youth we had a librarian who would stand in front of the class and before addressing us would self pop nearly every joint in her body and with style too, removing her shoes etc. She was an awesome librarian and also started my fascination in self popping, thought you might enjoy, blessings

I've had hip pain since December, but it's been constant for the last week. I didn't get a pop, but going through these exercises one time, the pain is significantly reduced. It's the first relief I've had all week. Thank you! Maybe I'll actually be able to get some sleep tonight.

Thank you so much for sharing this video for painful hips. I performed the first exercise of this video mostly, rotated left leg (painful left hip) in a circle, laid on the floor for a while and viola, pain gone, I can stand up straight without out excruciating pain.
