I did this and it cracked my lower vertebrae and I could literally feel my tail bone pop back into place. My hips are aligned equally now and stiffness on the sides has reduced. I went to a chiropractor for three sessions without results but doing this fixed me. Thanks for the video, you're running yourself out of business 😄

I’m pregnant with my second baby, and I was ready to cry from lower back/coccyx discomfort and the feeling of needing to pop it. I tried so many other stretches and techniques and nothing worked and I was worried about doing it wrong. This video was so informative and the corkscrew with thrust worked!! And SO well. I was able to get release on both sides, and it was so relieving. Thank you so much!

I work at a desk most of the day, ~40hrs a week. I went to a physical therapist for leg pain I was having. The PT taught me some stretches that focused on the back, mainly cobra pose and a variation of the Corkscrew exercise shown here. The version shown in this video however offered a lot of relief immediately! Thank you Dr Rowe, I've added this to my routine!

I’ve had extensive damage to my knee and hip (multiple trips thru physical therapy) and am currently awaiting a hip replacement in the next couple weeks. The chair exercise actually gave me some relief today, and I was at my breaking point. Thank you.

Man I do a lot of sitting… a lot of sitting for work.. a lot of sitting at home.. which has resulted in a really bad case of what I call sciatica. I’ve been doing these stretches for about 3-4 days now and I haven’t felt a thing like I was feeling for the past 6 months - 1 year.. I thought it was hopeless. Thank you so so much.

Worked through the exercises and once I was sitting in the chair, two fists between the knees and pressed in . . . POP! You could hear the right SI joint pop from across the room. Free of pain, first time in weeks. Thank you so much!

ARE - YOU - FREAKING - KIDDING - ME?
Jeez, I've needed a pelvis adjustment every 3 months or so for years, and my chiropractor is great for it. But I haven't had the time to visit him for the past year. I just this minute did this method as you described and it painlessly "cracked" twice, right away - and now I sort of feel my blood flowing in that area, and all is well.

So great, Doctor. I know your vids don't profess to replace PT, but this is only the second vid of yours I've watched and I'm really grateful for what you offer, thanks.

The corkscrew with thrust was able to pop my hip after about a week of stiffness. Not sure what I did to it, but it feels so much better now after that stretch. Thanks for posting these videos!
