I really enjoyed this guided meditation. I try to practice presence throughout the day and sometimes I need a little extra support from a guided meditation such as this. Joelle I especially like the last step to proceed. It is a simple thus lovely and important segue from stillness back into so-called everyday life. I'm going to start using the word proceed in my own daily stillness practices. I'm always learning something from each one of your videos. Thank you so much 💕

What i saw n did right now..The vagus nerve stimulation n exercise + the meditation which followed on another video was awesome n out of the World.. Thanku so much Joelle!! Following u on U tube on the TV is fabulous..but switching on to other following sessions cannot b done there..as such the mobile becomes a better n more handy option❤

Hi i luv and hav tried most of ur videos.i would love u to do some eye excercises since most of us r always looking at the computers and phone.i try to engage my eye sometimes closing the eyes and then it occured if u cud do a video on eyes.i wud love to see it.thank u .namaste.
