This meditation can be useful if you have an especially busy or challenging day, or you can watch it every morning as an added dose of mindfulness! You can combine this session with some gentle stretching to help you avoid unnecessary stress and anxiety, and wake up with energy and focus.

Great video! The only thing I think would improve the video, would be if there was a countdown to make you slowly aware of your surroundings and open your eyes, then announce your program.

I love this meditation, as a mother with a busy day, it's the perfect size to get it in to a morning before the breakfast orchestra starts or mids of my run staring ste the sea, like now. Thank you so much. You have a very lovely caramel voice.

I have been using this meditation everyday for a week now. I had anxiety issues, i still probably do, a little. But with your voice telling me everyday that i can be light headed and centered, i have started becoming so. I can deal with situations positively. I have more confidence.

I love this meditation because it's short, simple, calming and really helpful in having a good start. 🧡Plus the subtle but cheerful sound of birds chirping adds, to me, a sweet and uplifting element when listening on a cold fall or winter morning🌤🐦
