Love this quick 5 minute meditation. Sometimes that's all the time you have if your day is busy. It's short but it still helps to make a shift.

Decided to follow some advice I had bumped into. In 5 minutes of waking up - no technology, no lights, no distractions - take 5 minutes of mindful wake-ness. After that, 5 minutes of meditation. It seemed pretty good :) Never meditated before and this video was a great way to help me understand how meditation works!

I find a pleasant voice one of the main requirements for my mind not to draw away and I find this voice pleasant. So thanks for that.

That was a homerun. WITHOUT continual talking/guiding, I get much more distracted from my own thoughts. Absolutely beautiful, thank you. Not sure why this one’s so high in the search, being 9 years old hHah meant to be for me maybe. I feel so much better after just this simple 5-minute guided meditation ❤️🙏

This meditation has helped me internally in so many ways. Experiencing an trauma and feeling like you are smothered by life's existence is a hard burden to carry. I find peace in this. Thanks.

I remember watching this when I was new to meditation and mindfulness, a little over three years ago. Now there are so many more meditation videos out there, so people can find the right one for them.

During the breathing part, I started to picture my family and I riding one of those large, family-sized inner-tubes down a long water slide at an amusement park. It was in slow motion, as my breathing wasn't as fast as you would normally be moving down a large water slide in reality, but we would go over a hump every time I inhaled, and we would descend the hump every time I exhaled. It was great. We were all smiling and laughing the whole time, but silently. There was no sound, Just smiles, fun, and sunshine.
