I’m 3 months in, being consistent with meditation every day has helped me so much! It’s actually helped me subside my severe mental health and I’m genuinely not smoking too much pot anymore! Good luck on you’re journeys. 🧘‍♀️

covid-19 really feels like it’s tried to knock me on my ass every day, and (just like everyone else, most likely) i try to get through every day, even if it feels like i barely can, or want to. this week has been pretty heavy with those thoughts and feelings. giving myself time to be present and grateful, even for 5 minutes, makes a huge difference.

I listen to this everyday! Not a day goes without it... It is short and effective ...amazing, amazing, amazing ! I did so many mindfulness meditation, but this has no match on the entire YouTube ...

It's late 10pm, I've had a hectic day .food shopping.the weather was damp an miserable.i have done mindfulness in the past.its something that I found very useful.after this session, although 5min, left me feeling less anxious.i feel relaxed
I will return, for the next session.i will try to do this quick session in the morning, good start for the day🤗🙌🤗an also before I settle before bed time🧘‍♀️

I suffer with debilitating anxiety, depression, chronic pain and just completed my 4th brain and abdominal surgery. I was doing a 28 minute Mindfulness body scan a year ago. Then " life" happened and I stopped.This morning I started back and this was the one I used.Excellent. I have hit my " reset " button and am greatful to have "found" this starter one. I'm struggling, so I will use this one for 7 days. Much love, Johanna from Canada ❤

this is such a good guided meditation, clear instructions, no distracting music, and points of silence where you can really concentrate on what's happening in your body. it makes it easy to continue if you want to after the video is over too
