Laser-like focus means aligning your thought patterns, belief system, emotions, and actions with your goals consistently. If you want to become significant in life, you need to align with your set goals. Stop looking at two directions at the same time, and start focusing like a laser.

I felt the need to try to and practice presence again and it’s been about a week since I really tried . I was experiencing anxiety so severe in the past and I found this type of
Meditation. I never found it to work cause I have severe ocd, but I realized I wasn’t actually letting my thoughts be. I’d say I was present and try to focus on my breath but I wasn’t keeping st it so I’d let any thoughts pull me in and out of presence. Presence DOES work. You just have to actually follow it and keep at it. I have severe ocd and adhd and it has helped saved me. Eckhart tolle has been my biggest key to learning about presence. But this 5 minute one really brought me peace. Thank you. ❤️

Hello, I’ve been following your meditations for a while, and have been very very helpful to me, you can’t imagine how, so thank for that first of all.
Second, I would like to ask you about doing a meditation for accept our bodies 🥺 I’ve been struggling with eating disorders and I can’t find a good meditation online and I find your voice and your videos the most amazing and calming.

If you can’t can you suggest any channel that focus on that stuff? Self-acceptance, self-love, etc?

The script was so distracting during the meditation. Spoke of a thousand things outside of the focus rather than on the breathing and mindfulness of it
