I am a veteran diagnosed with social anxiety disorder, PTSD and depression.My va doctor introduced me to mindfulness meditation first I thought it wouldn't help me until I listened to this session, my thoughts where "this is what I need to hear, this is exactly whats going on in my mind.My physical sensations where total relaxation, calmness and tingling throughout my body.This session had me crying like a baby as I felt the thoughts and emotions leaving my head for the first time in years.I listen to this one daily.Thank you.

Wow. This brought me to tears—I’ve never made it through even a 5 min meditation video. When they say “let go of your thoughts”, it’s just not that simple. Thank you for acknowledging the thoughts in this video, in their chaotic state like papers strewn around a room. Idk why, but that let me acknowledge them for that bit of time. I subscribed 🙏

failed two painting ideas today, Wasted a lot of money on materials. i needed this. Had to catch myself before my mind jumped to anger and rage. Tomorrow will be a new day. I will have more chances and learn from my mistakes.

In 45 years of meditating, I have done 10-day silent Vipassana courses, learnt TM, and developed many different techniques of my own, had fantastic discipline, let it all slip away only to wrestle it back in many different forms over the years. But I love this, a very cool little guided meditation. Quick, effective, specific and very very good. Perfect for the the most confused and stressed part of the day to just step outside myself and reset. THANKS!

I've begun a new habit and I can't believe I've been missing out on it for most of my life. When I feel anxious and intrusive thoughts coming along I just take a moment, come on YouTube and find beautiful videos like this, then take a moment to breathe and relax. It's helping so much. I wish I did this earlier.

I have been using this about three times a day spread out, it definitely helps to take 5 min and just breath and clear your mind. All to often life doesn’t let us stop and stress and anxiety builds in the back ground.

Laser-like focus means aligning your thought patterns, belief system, emotions, and actions with your goals consistently. If you want to become significant in life, you need to align with your set goals. Stop looking at two directions at the same time, and start focusing like a laser.

Thank you I have so much anxiety right now. I have it for 2 days already. I want it to go away that burning sensation on my chest and the tingling and pins and needles throughout my body. I dont like the feeling. Please God protect me and keep me safe.
