the first few times I did this, I didn’t keep up with his pace of breath because I thought it was way too fast . Today I tried it and it completely changed the meditation. Loved it both ways honestly such a great video

Very nice meditation practice! Thanks, Manoj. One suggestion is that under no breath after exhaling, it is not always possible to hold for more than 20 secs (it is definitely more than 20 secs when you talk). It breaks my concentration sometimes so maybe we can keep that to 15 secs.

I am really grateful for this meditation exercise I sun gaze every morning looking for different ways to incorporate different breathing methods this is perfect I nailed it on the 1st try thanks the knowledge of the book called Science of Breath we all are truly wise for taken time to understand this practice may positive elevated energy spread, contagiously abundantly in the crevices of everyone’s journey peace 😊
