I’m a 6’7 pro basketball player and I’ve been doing this ab workout everyday when I workout for about 3 weeks. With all of the training I do on top of this, I have been seeing huge results with a more defined 6 pack but more importantly a stronger core to play basketball with. Thank you Roan!

I commented here about a year or so ago, but I'll say it again, this is THE best abs workout I've ever done. It's simple yet effective, and intense, but shows great results! You have really take into consideration that too-intense workouts can really be difficult sometimes for people like us who don't workout too often. Thank you, Rowan!

This video and workout is amazing. I started doing this a little over a week ago every night when I get home from work (which supplies plenty of cardio) and also on the weekends. I didn't expect to see so much so soon. I started at 280 and seemed to have dropped a bit of water weight that is staying off, I'm down to 266 now and already I vreathe easier and sleep better. I have more energy through my day, better self esteem and just genuinely very quickly have improved my quality of life drastically. Thank you

I just followed you to finish the 10 minutes exercise, it is awesome, it looks not difficult but very tiring in the end. no wonder you have perfect abs .

3 months ago, I decided that I want to lose weight, I started exercising, but at the beginning I was terrible, then it was getting better, now I exercise every day, since then I have lost 8kg with a caloric deficit, I feel great and recommend to everyone, I see big effects, do not give up!!

Most abs workouts are either too easy or too much for me. This threads the needle perfectly for me. I use it to finish my strength training sessions, and it both challenges me, and i FEEL it. Thank you.
