1. Make sure to keep your LOWER BACK flat on the mat. Only lower your legs as far as possible, so your lower back is not lifting off the mat.
2. Lay your head on the mat, if that's more comfy. Make sure to still tilt your pelvis & activate your lower abs if you rest your head.
3. THINK ABOUT YOUR ABS. It's about the mind muscle connection! Lift your legs with the strength of your abs, not your thighs.

Doing this 2 days before my period is I literally had no motivation to workout today, but i saw you had posted a new video so i made myself get up early and do it. I finished the whole thing shaking and sweating, but im so proud of myself. Thank you Pam!!!❤❤❤

I had not been consistent with workouts for the last 1 year. When I tried this for the first time a week ago, I couldn't do half of the workouts properly and had to take some many breaks, this is my 2nd time doing this in a week. And I'm happy to share that I almost took no breaks and could do the exercises properly 😭. So, here's a reminder don't lose hope and give up. Your body has different energy levels everyday depending on the food you had the day before and the quality of sleep. Keep pushing and you will grow stronger. ❤
Also, thanks Pamela for always killing me with your workouts. 🥹

Omg I can't believe! This is the first workout where I've seen Pamela struggle with the exercises. We can see how difficult this is 🤭. It was supeeerr hard, but my abs are no FIRE🔥. The music was also amazing, it makes everything easier. Thanks for another amazing workout Pam♥️
