I'm 43 years old, working full time from home, 2 kids...with all the work and obligations, these 7 to 10 minutes workout videos are perfect for me! You motivate me every single day. I literally start my mornings off with you at 5am! I’m a special education teacher and have to work out in the mornings otherwise I won’t after work and you are my life line to staying fit pre wedding on 8/5/23 and my forever lifestyle coach. I did the streamed workout, but got interrupted in the middle. I just finished that. I do not have the energy to get through this also. I'm so stoked for this challenge to accelerate my weight loss!

This workout is great but I don’t see a lot of viewers comparing it to the other workout videos of yours. I think the work “cardio” freaked people out. I loved it so much. It made me sweat 😅. Thank you.
